Pat Finucane Inquiry Campaign: Amnesty International said the decision reneged on past promises that the government would establish a public inquiry to investigate the killing of Patrick Finucane. The organization urged the government to honour its commitment to hold a public inquiry and set about its establishment without delay.?SO MUCH FOR POLITICAL PROMISES?
