Kenny says no decision due on holding of EU referendum · TheJournal.ie: THE GOVERNMENT has distanced itself from reports that the Taoiseach, Enda Kenny, is set to decide by the end of next week on whether Ireland will need to hold a referendum to pass the new EU ‘fiscal compact’ treaty.?
