O'Sullivan v The Law Society of Ireland & others

O'Sullivan v The Law Society of Ireland & others: It must immediately be said that whilst the appellant may have felt that this complaint was the product of a discontented, disgruntled and evidently an ungrateful client, nonetheless he was professionally obliged to deal with the issue in a courteous, conscientious and business like manner. The greater the sense of grievance, the greater control one must have. If his response had even partially approached this standard, I am convinced that most, if not all, of the succeeding events would never have taken place. Unfortunately the appellant’s reaction was to go on the offensive and to do so in quite a challenging and intemperate way. If such had been avoided, matters could and should have been resolved at that stage, to the satisfaction of all parties.?
