Anglo – requesting information « Gavin's Blog: Anglo Irish Bank is a public body according to Section 3 (1) of the European Communities (Access to Information on the Environment) Regulations 2007 (S.I. No 133/2007). In addition, according to S.I. 320/2009, Anglo Irish Bank is a public body for the purposes of the Ethics in Public Office (Prescribed public bodies, designated directorships of public bodies and designated positions in public bodies)(Amendment) Regulations 2009.
