Thank you Justice Patwell, now I know how I'll be voting: The Chief Justice sought a private meeting with the Taoiseach some months ago to discuss ringfencing judicial pay rates did he not?
And why would a judge be entitled to private lobbying of the legislature? Where's the separation of the legislature and judiciary in that?
